Soluzioni Alimentari has been producing gluten-free foodstuffs and fresh pasta exclusively since 2001. We have a well-established customer base in Italy and collaborate with distributors in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the rest of Europe.
We specialise in products for sufferers of coeliac disease, including artisan pizza bases, thanks to which it is no longer necessary to do without the pleasure of sharing a tasty pizza because of an intolerance to gluten.
Our pizza bases are also lactose-free to suit anyone with an intolerance to this allergen. As with all other gluten-free products made by Soluzioni Alimentari, our gluten-free and lactose-free pizza bases have been approved by the Ministry of Health as a safe product suitable for sufferers of coeliac disease. Our pizza dough is of excellent quality, and each of our precooked pizza bases is packaged individually in a ready-to-use aluminium tray.
